Analytics Information: We use Firebase Analytics to collect information about how you interact with our App. This helps us understand user behavior and improve our services.
Crash Data: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect information about App crashes to help identify and fix technical issues.

4. USER‑PROVIDED IMAGES & FACE DATA

4.1 How We Handle Face Data

When you select a photo that contains a face, the App uses an on‑device or transient cloud model to calculate facial landmark coordinates (eyes, nose, mouth, and facial contour) so that visual effects are applied accurately. The App does not create or store any biometric template, face‑print, depth map, infrared frame, or other identifier that could recognise you or any other person.

4.2 Deletion Policy for Images and Derived Data

Original images and all intermediate data—including any facial landmark arrays—are automatically and irreversibly deleted from our processing servers immediately after the edited image has been delivered to your device and, in any event, within sixty (60) seconds. No face data is retained in logs, backups, analytics, or any other persistent storage.

5. DATA STORAGE AND TRANSFER

The information we collect may be stored and processed in Turkey or any other country where we or our service providers maintain facilities. If you are located in a different country, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a jurisdiction other than the one in which you are located. By using the App, you consent to such transfer and processing of your data.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to:

Access the personal information we have about you;
Request correction of inaccurate information;
Request deletion of your information;
Object to our use of your information;
Restrict our use of your information; and

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share user images, face data, or any derivative data with third parties. Processing occurs exclusively on infrastructure directly controlled by Kubra Gurler inside the European Union and is protected by industry‑standard encryption in transit and at rest.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error‑free, so you should take care in deciding what information you send to us.

10. IN‑APP PURCHASES

Our App offers in‑App purchases. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, which has its own terms and privacy policies. Please review Apple's terms and policies regarding their collection and use of your information.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the App prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
